The community has always been part of my career; it is a place for expression, collaboration, celebration, and growth. So it is very natural that I like building communities. I believe in diverse skill sets and people as they make products and people unique, and that is why I love this role.

It started with "To make it so everyone can code." So I will be joining this extraordinary mission as the Director of Community at Sourcegraph, and I am very excited about this journey.

Sourcegraph's mission to help more people learn to code is just excellent. My job will be to build the community relations strategy, making developers' lives easier while supporting the mission to make coding accessible for everyone.
